The invention discloses all-steel radial tire tread rubber, and relates to the technical field of rubber processing. The tread rubber comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 100 parts of natural rubber, 0 to 40 parts of high cis-butadiene rubber, 0 to 40 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 0 to 40 parts of white carbon black, 20 to 60 parts of carbon black, 1to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 3 parts of stearic acid, 0 to 6.4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0 to 1 part of a low-rolling-resistance auxiliary agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of protective wax, 1 to 3 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 1 to 3 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 1 to 3 parts of an accelerant NS, 0.5 to 3 parts of sulfur powder and 0 to 0.4 part of an anti-scorch retarder. The invention develops an all-steel radial tire tread formula, and the tire tread prepared by the formula enables a tire to have relatively low tire rolling resistance and relatively high wear resistance; the tire tread prepared by the invention is used in a tire, so that the oil consumption in automobile driving is reduced, and meanwhile, the requirement of customers on high wear resistance of the tire is met.

    本发明公开了一种全钢子午线轮胎胎面配方,涉及橡胶加工技术领域。所述胎面配方按质量份数计,由以下质量份数的成分组成:天然胶橡胶为40‑100份,高顺式丁二烯橡胶为0‑40份,溶聚丁苯橡胶为0‑40份,白炭黑为0‑40份,炭黑为20‑60份,氧化锌为1‑5份,硬脂酸为1‑3份,硅烷偶联剂为0‑6.4份,低滚阻助剂为0‑1份,防护蜡为0.5‑2份,防老剂RD为1‑3份,防老剂4020为1‑3份,促进剂NS为1‑3份,硫黄粉为0.5‑3份,防焦剂为0‑0.4份。本发明研制了一种全钢子午线轮胎胎面配方,通过本发明配方制备的轮胎胎面,使轮胎具有较低的轮胎滚阻,和较高的耐磨性能;本发明制备的轮胎胎面用于轮胎中,降低了汽车行驶中的油耗,同时又满足客户对轮胎高耐磨的需求。
