The invention provides truck radial tire tread rubber which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of Malaysia standard rubber SMR10, 6-8 parts of carbon black N234, 48-60 parts of platinum powder, 3-4 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-1.5 parts of protective wax, 1.0-1.5 parts of sulfur and 1.5-1.8 parts of an accelerant. According to the truck radial tire tread rubber and the preparation method thereof, the platinum powder is added into the truck radial tire tread rubber instead of white carbon black and a silane coupling agent, so that the wear resistance and the cutting resistance of the truck radial tire tread rubber are improved, the rolling resistance is reduced, silanization reaction is not needed, the internal mixing production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced. The fuel consumption is reduced while the running mileage of the tire is increased; according to the tread rubber of the truck radial tire, the hysteresis loss of the tread rubber is reduced, the wear resistance of the tread rubber is improved, the fuel efficiency is further improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种载重子午胎胎面胶,按重量份数计,包括100份马来西亚标准胶SMR10、6~8份炭黑N234、48~60份白金粉、3~4份氧化锌、2~3份硬脂酸、2~4份防老剂、1~1.5份防护蜡、1.0~1.5份硫磺、1.5~1.8份促进剂。本发明的载重子午胎胎面胶及其制备方法,将白金粉代替白炭黑及硅烷偶联剂加入载重轮胎胎面胶中,提高载重子午胎胎面胶的耐磨耗性能、耐切割性能,以及降低滚动阻力,而且无需再进行硅烷化反应,大幅提高了提升了密炼生产效率,增加轮胎行驶里程的同时节约燃油消耗;载重子午胎胎面胶降低了胎面胶的滞后损失,提高了胎面胶耐磨性能、进而提高燃油效率,延长轮胎使用寿命。
