The invention provides a single-component propellant filling system and a single-component propellant filling method, and relates to the technical field of single-component propellant filling, the single-component propellant filling system comprises a gas inlet bottle, a gas circuit module, a propellant storage tank, a filling module and a propellant storage box; when the first stop valve is switched on, gas in the gas circuit module is conveyed into the propellant storage tank so as to pressurize the propellant storage tank; when the second stop valve is switched on, gas in the gas inlet bottle is conveyed into the filling module so as to pressurize the filling pipeline; the filling module is arranged between the propellant storage tank and the propellant storage box and used for filling the propellant in the propellant storage tank into the propellant storage box after the environment meets the air tightness requirement. Air tightness inspection of the system is achieved through pressurization of the propellant storage tank and the filling pipeline, the system can be applied to a launching site with the high safety requirement, it is guaranteed that no leakage condition exists in the filling process of the propellant in the launching site, and harm to workers and pollution to satellites, plants and carrier rockets are avoided.

    本发明提供一种单组元推进剂加注系统及加注方法,涉及单组元推进剂加注技术领域,该单组元推进剂加注系统包括进气瓶、气路模块、推进剂储罐、加注模块和推进剂贮箱;在第一截止阀导通时,气路模块中的气体输送至推进剂储罐中以对推进剂储罐进行增压;在第二截止阀导通时,进气瓶的气体输送至加注模块中以对加注管路进行增压;加注模块设置在推进剂储罐与推进剂贮箱之间,用于在环境满足气密性要求后,将推进剂储罐中的推进剂加注到推进剂贮箱中。通过推进剂储罐和加注管路增压实现系统的气密性检查,可使系统应用于对安全性要求高的发射场,确保推进剂在发射场加注过程中无泄漏情况,避免对工作人员造成伤害,对卫星、厂房及运载火箭造成污染。
