The invention belongs to the field of spacecrafts, and provides a propellant filling device which comprises a container provided with a moving cavity, a containing cavity and a limiting cavity which are sequentially communicated. The valve core penetrates through the moving cavity, the accommodating cavity and the limiting cavity and comprises a main body section and an extension section; one end of the main body section faces the limiting cavity and is provided with a blind hole; a plurality of circulating holes are formed in the middle of the main body section; a boss is arranged at the other end of the main body section; the valve seat is movably connected to the valve element in a sleeving mode and can move in the moving cavity, one end of the valve seat faces the limiting cavity and can abut against the boss, and the other end of the valve seat can be matched with the end in a sealed mode; one end of the elastic piece is fixed in the accommodating cavity, and the other end is connected with one end of the valve seat; when the elastic piece is in the stretching state, the end and the valve seat seal the outlet of the moving cavity together. During filling, only external force needs to be applied to the valve seat, so that the sealing fit between the valve seat and the valve core is released; and when filling is finished, only external force needs to be removed, the container is sealed, rapid filling is achieved, and the container is prevented from being exposed in a toxic environment.
本发明属于航天器领域,提供推进剂加注装置,包括:设有依次连通的运动腔、容置腔和限位腔的容纳器;贯穿于运动腔、容置腔和限位腔的阀芯,阀芯包括一端朝向限位腔并开设有盲孔,中部设有若干流通孔,另一端设有凸台的主体段、一端与凸台连接,另一端朝向运动腔并设有端头的延伸段;活动套接于阀芯,并可在运动腔内运动的阀座,阀座一端朝向限位腔并可与凸台抵接,另一端可与端头密封配合;一端固定于容置腔,另一端与阀座的一端连接的弹性件;弹性件处于伸展状态时,端头与阀座一同将运动腔出口密封。进行加注时,仅需对阀座施加外力,使阀座与阀芯解除密封配合;结束加注时,仅需撤去外力,将容纳器密封,实现快速加注,避免暴露在有毒环境中。
