The invention provides a propellant conveying device and a propellant filling method. The propellant conveying device comprises a plurality of propellant storage pipelines. Each propellant storage pipeline comprises an air inlet diaphragm valve, a surface tension storage tank and a liquid outlet diaphragm valve. The inlet end of the air inlet diaphragm valve is connected with a supercharging device, and the outlet end of the air inlet diaphragm valve is connected with the air inlet end of the surface tension storage tank. The inlet end of the liquid outlet diaphragm valve is connected with the liquid outlet end of the surface tension storage tank, and the outlet end is connected with an engine. The air inlet ends of the surface tension storage tanks in the adjacent propellant storage pipelines are connected through air path bypass pipelines, and the liquid outlet ends of the surface tension storage tanks in the adjacent propellant storage pipelines are connected through liquid path bypass pipelines. According to the device and the method, flow resistance calculation does not need to be carried out on each component in the propellant conveying device, rapid manufacturing and engineering of the components are facilitated, meanwhile, the requirement on the machining precision of each component is relatively low, and the launching cost of a carrier rocket is reduced.
本发明提供一种推进剂输送装置和推进剂加注方法,其中装置包括多个推进剂贮存管路;各推进剂贮存管路包括进气膜片阀、表面张力贮箱和出液膜片阀;所述进气膜片阀的入口端与增压装置连接,出口端与所述表面张力贮箱的进气端连接;所述出液膜片阀的入口端与所述表面张力贮箱的出液端连接,出口端与发动机连接;相邻推进剂贮存管路中表面张力贮箱的进气端通过气路旁通管路连接,出液端通过液路旁通管路连接。本发明提供的装置和方法,无需对推进剂输送装置中的各个组件进行流阻计算,利于组件快速制作和工程化,同时,对各个组件的加工精度要求较低,降低了运载火箭的发射成本。
