The invention relates to a firm super-hydrophobic surface for low-temperature steel as well as a preparation method and application of the firm super-hydrophobic surface. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out laser ablation treatment on the pretreated low-temperature steel surface, and then carrying out heat treatment to obtain the firm super-hydrophobic low-temperature steel surface. The prepared hydrophobic surface is provided with inverted conical armor structures arranged in a staggered mode, each inverted conical armor structure comprises inverted conical pits and nano-particles on the surfaces of the pits, and the inverted conical pits are periodically distributed in a staggered mode. Compared with the prior art, good super-hydrophobicity and mechanical durability are provided for the surface of the marine low-temperature steel, and the requirements for ice resistance and mechanical durability of the low-temperature steel in polar region ship application can be met.

    本发明涉及一种面向低温钢的坚固超疏水表面及其制备方法与应用。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在经预处理后的低温钢表面进行激光烧蚀处理,再经热处理即可得到坚固超疏水低温钢表面。制备得到的疏水表面具有交错排列的倒圆锥形盔甲结构,倒圆锥形盔甲结构包括倒圆锥形凹坑和凹坑表面的纳米颗粒,倒圆锥形凹坑周期性交错分布。与现有技术相比,本发明为船用低温钢表面提供了良好的超疏水性和机械耐久性,可以满足低温钢在极地船舶应用中的抗冰性能和机械耐久性的需求。
