The invention provides a super-hydrophobic anti-icing corrosion-resistant surface of a steel plate and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic anti-icing corrosion-resistant surface. The super-hydrophobic anti-icing corrosion-resistant surface of the steel plate is provided with a micro-nano-scale double coarse structure and a low-surface-energy substance monomolecular layer modified on the surface of the micro-nano-scale double coarse structure; the micro-nano-scale double coarse structures comprise large convex structures located on the lower layer and small convex structures located on the upper layer, each large convex structure is provided with a plurality of small convex structures, the size of each large convex structure is 1-100 microns, and the size of each small convex structure is 50-500 nm; the static contact angle between the super-hydrophobic anti-icing corrosion-resistant surface of the steel plate and water is larger than 150 degrees. The preparation method specifically comprises the four steps of surface pretreatment, chemical etching, low surface energy modification and cleaning and drying. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the surface of a common steel plate is prone to being covered with water, iced and rusted is solved.

    本发明提供一种钢板超疏水防冰耐腐蚀表面及其制备方法,具有微纳米级双重粗糙结构以及修饰于所述微纳米级双重粗糙结构表面的低表面能物质单分子层;所述微纳米级双重粗糙结构包括位于下层的大凸起结构和位于上层的小凸起结构,每一个所述大凸起结构上均有若干个所述小凸起结构,所述大凸起结构的尺寸为1~100μm,所述小凸起结构的尺寸为50~500nm;所述钢板超疏水防冰耐腐蚀表面与水的静态接触角大于150°;所述制备方法,具体包括表面预处理、化学刻蚀、低表面能修饰和清洗干燥四个步骤。本发明的技术方案解决了普通钢板表面易覆水结冰及锈蚀的问题。
