The invention relates to the technical field of laser processing, in particular to a super-hydrophobic graphene electric heating film and a preparation method thereof.The graphene electric heating film comprises an organic material matrix, a wavy micron-sized groove array structure is distributed on one face of the organic material matrix, and the other face of the organic material matrix is covered with a conductive graphene layer; the preparation method comprises the following steps: irradiating the surface of an organic material matrix by using laser with the power of 5W-20W, and etching a micron-sized groove array structure; irradiating the surface of the micron-sized groove array structure by using laser with the power of 1W-4W to form the super-hydrophobicity of the micron-sized groove array structure; and irradiating the other surface of the organic material substrate by using laser to induce a conductive graphene layer. According to the super-hydrophobic graphene electric heating film and the preparation method thereof, the problem of poor anti-icing/deicing effect can be effectively solved, the preparation method is simple and controllable, and the super-hydrophobic graphene electric heating film has large-area application capability.

    本发明涉及激光加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种超疏水石墨烯电加热膜及其制备方法,所述石墨烯电加热膜包括有机材料基体,所述有机材料基体一面分布有波浪状的微米级沟槽阵列结构,另一面覆盖有导电石墨烯层;所述制备方法包括利用功率为5W~20W的激光照射有机材料基体表面,刻蚀出微米级沟槽阵列结构;利用功率为1W~4W的激光照射微米级沟槽阵列结构表面,形成微米级沟槽阵列结构的超疏水性;利用激光照射有机材料基体另一面,诱导出导电石墨烯层。通过本超疏水石墨烯电加热膜及其制备方法,能有效解决防/除冰效果差的问题,并且其制备方法简单可控,具备大面积应用能力。
