The invention discloses an anti-icing and deicing graphene transparent heating film and a preparation method thereof. The anti-icing and deicing graphene transparent heating film comprises a pair of outer films, wherein the two sides of one end of each outer film are provided with connecting terminals; graphene layers distributed between the outer films in an equally spaced array manner; and electrodes arranged on the two sides of the graphene layers and located between the outer films, wherein one ends of the electrodes are connected to the connecting terminals, the outer films are adhered to the two sides of the graphene layers through high-temperature-resistant glue, the graphene layers are connected in parallel, and small holes are formed in the outer films located at the graphene layers. When the unmanned aerial vehicle flies at high altitude, the wings can be heated to prevent icing on the wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle, or the ice layer attached to the wings is removed through temperature rise of the wings; the graphene film has high structural performance, and when the graphene layer emits heat, the outer films and the graphene layer have high adhesion capacity, so that bubbles can be prevented from being generated between the outer films in the heating process, and the binding force between the outer films is improved; and meanwhile, the preparation method has the characteristic of convenience.

    一种防除冰石墨烯透明发热膜及其制备方法,包括:外膜,数量为一对,其一端两侧均设有连接端子;石墨烯层,呈等间隔阵列的分布于外膜之间;电极,设于石墨烯层的两侧,位于外膜之间,一端均连接于连接端子;外膜均通过耐高温胶粘连在石墨烯层两侧,石墨烯层之间呈并联的关系,位于石墨烯层处的外膜处开设有小孔。本发明当无人机在进行高空飞行时,能够对机翼进行加热防止在无人机的机翼上结冰,或者通过机翼的升温除去附着在机翼上的冰层,该石墨烯膜具有较强的结构性能,在石墨烯层进行发热时,外膜和石墨烯层具有较强的粘连能力,能够防止在加热过程中,外膜和之间产生气泡,进而提高外膜之间的结合力,同时还存在着制备方便的特点。
