The technical problem that a hydraulic lock and a lock bolt are prone to abrasion, and noise is generated is solved.

    本发明提供一种驾驶室后悬置减振装置及车辆,其中,驾驶室后悬置减振装置包括:第一连接组件和第二连接组件,所述第一连接组件包括减振单元和锁栓单元,所述减振单元连接在驾驶室本体的后端,所述锁栓单元连接于所述减振单元的底部,所述锁栓单元包括锁栓;所述第二连接组件用于与车架连接,所述第二连接组件包括液压锁,所述液压锁包括锁壳、锁舌和弹片,所述锁壳内具有锁止腔,所述锁舌转动设置在所述锁止腔内,所述弹片设置在所述锁止腔内;在所述锁栓单元延伸到所述锁止腔内时,所述弹片抵接于所述锁栓单元的相对于所述锁舌的一侧,以使得所述驾驶室本体重量传递至所述锁壳。本发明解决液压锁容易与锁栓发生磨损、产生噪音的技术问题。
