The invention relates to a variable rear suspension damping structure of a light commercial vehicle, which comprises a right rear U-shaped bracket assembly, a right rear suspension upper bracket, a right rear suspension lower bracket, a right rear suspension connecting bracket, a rear suspension cross beam, a left rear U-shaped bracket assembly, a left rear suspension upper bracket, a left rear suspension lower bracket and a left rear suspension connecting bracket, due to the fact that the light truck type is sensitive to the cost of the whole truck, the effect that the same set of parts are matched with various truck types is achieved through free combination of all the parts of the rear suspension, and investment of a large number of dies is reduced. Meanwhile, the number of parts is reduced; and the problems of complexity and inconvenience in finding, adjusting and shifting of parts of various vehicle types during later part maintenance are solved.
