The invention discloses an intelligent chassis line control power distribution method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle line control braking. According to perception and estimation of the intelligent chassis on the road surface, the braking force distribution coefficient beta of a front shaft and a rear shaft is automatically adjusted when the road surface adhesion state changes, and if it is recognized that the road surface changes and the current braking strength does not exceed the road surface adhesion capacity, switching between different beta lines is conducted along equal braking strength lines; if it is recognized that the road surface changes and the current braking strength exceeds the road surface adhesion capacity, the braking force distribution coefficient of the front wheel brake and the braking force distribution coefficient of the rear wheel brake are transited to the latest beta line from the original beta line through the I curve along the equal braking strength line, and after the braking force distribution coefficient is transited to the new beta line, the braking force distribution coefficient is changed; according to the road surface recognition result, a slip rate tracking control method is adopted, the target slip rate of the vehicle is controlled to be close to the optimal slip rate under the current road surface, and the condition that the rear wheel slip rate is always smaller than the front wheel slip rate is met.

    本发明公开一种智能底盘线控制动力分配方法,属于车辆线控制动技术领域。具体是利用智能底盘对路面的感知和预估,在路面附着状态发生变化时自动调节前后轴制动力分配系数β,若在识别到路面发生变化且当前制动强度未超出路面附着能力,则沿着等制动强度线进行不同β线之间的切换;若在识别到路面发生变化且当前制动强度超出了路面附着能力,则前、后轮制动器制动力分配系数沿着等制动强度线由原β线经I曲线向最新β线过渡,并在制动力分配系数过渡到新的β线后,将根据路面识别结果采用滑移率跟踪控制的方法,将车辆目标滑移率控制在当前路面下的最佳滑移率附近,且满足后轮滑移率始终小于前轮滑移率。
