The invention discloses an intelligent electric chassis structure and a fault-tolerant control method of an intelligent electric chassis, and relates to the technical field of electric chassis. A front axle concentrated motor driving assembly in the chassis structure comprises a concentrated driving motor, a front wheel speed reducer and a driving half axle which are connected in sequence; the rear axle distributed motor driving assembly comprises a left rear wheel end driving motor and a left rear wheel speed reducer which are connected in sequence, and a right rear wheel end driving motor and a right rear wheel speed reducer which are connected in sequence; the front axle electronic hydraulic braking system comprises a first main braking unit and a redundant braking unit; the rear axle electronic mechanical braking system comprises a second main braking unit; the chassis domain controller is used for controlling the centralized driving motor, the left rear wheel end driving motor, the right rear wheel end driving motor, the first main braking unit, the redundant braking unit, the second main braking unit, the front axis steering control system, the intelligent suspension system and the intelligent tires. The safety and fault-tolerant capability of the chassis can be improved, so that a high-level automatic driving function is supported.

    本发明公开一种智能电动底盘构型及智能电动底盘的容错控制方法,涉及电动底盘技术领域。所述底盘构型中前轴集中电机驱动总成包括:依次连接的集中驱动电机、前轮减速器和驱动半轴;后轴分布式电机驱动总成包括:依次连接的左后轮轮端驱动电机和左后轮减速器以及依次连接的右后轮轮端驱动电机和右后轮减速器;前轴电子液压制动系统包括第一主制动单元和冗余制动单元;后轴电子机械制动系统包括第二主制动单元;底盘域控制器用于分别控制集中驱动电机、左右后轮轮端驱动电机、第一主制动单元、冗余制动单元、第二主制动单元、前轴线控转向系统、智能悬架系统和智能轮胎。本发明可提高底盘安全性和容错能力,以支撑高级别自动驾驶功能。
