The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile charging, and provides a cross phase shift control method and system based on CLLC topology, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an LLC topology circuit; carrying out loop regulation based on the LLC topology circuit, and judging whether a frequency modulation condition is met or not; if the frequency modulation condition is met, performing frequency modulation control; and if the frequency modulation condition is not met, phase shift control is carried out according to time change. By adopting loop regulation, frequency modulation control and phase shift control, the target voltage can be obtained through loop regulation during working, then the switching frequency is obtained according to the target voltage, and frequency modulation control or phase shift control is selected according to the size of the switching frequency, so that the problem that two pairs of bridge arms in LLC topology are heated unevenly is solved. A cross phase shift control mode is adopted, and the two pairs of bridge arms are dynamically in a hard switching or software switching state, so that the two pairs of bridge arms are uniform in heat, the conversion efficiency is improved, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明属于汽车充电技术领域,提供了一种基于CLLC拓扑的交叉移相控制方法及系统,其中方法包括:构建LLC拓扑电路;基于LLC拓扑电路进行环路调节,并判断是否满足调频条件;若满足调频条件,则进行调频控制;若不满足调频条件,则根据时间变化进行移相控制。本发明通过采用环路调节、调频控制和移相控制,在工作时通过环路调节可以得到目标电压,然后根据目标电压获取开关频率,根据开关频率的大小选择调频控制或移相控制,从而解决LLC拓扑中两对桥臂受热不均的情况。本发明采用交叉移相的控制方式,两对桥臂动态的处于硬开关或软件开关状态,使两对桥臂热均匀,提高了转换效率和使用寿命。
