The invention discloses a bidirectional CLLC circuit control method, the control method comprises a frequency modulation mode and a phase shift control mode, the frequency modulation mode comprises the step of increasing the working frequency of a bidirectional CLLC circuit to achieve voltage reduction output when the transmission gain of forward working or reverse working of the bidirectional CLLC circuit is less than or equal to 1; the phase shift control mode comprises the steps that when the transmission gain of forward working or reverse working of the bidirectional CLLC circuit is larger than 1, the working frequency of the bidirectional CLLC circuit is fixed at the resonant frequency, and the delay time of an output side switching tube driving signal relative to an input side switching tube driving signal is adjusted to achieve boost output. According to the invention, the bidirectional CLLC circuit effectively realizes bidirectional energy transmission between the power grid and the rechargeable battery pack, the efficiency and power density of the vehicle-mounted charger are further improved, and electromagnetic interference is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种双向CLLC电路控制方法,控制方法包括调频模式与移相控制模式,所述调频模式包括当所述双向CLLC电路正向工作或反向工作传输增益小于等于1时,增加所述双向CLLC电路工作频率以达到降压输出;所述移相控制模式包括当所述双向CLLC电路正向工作或反向工作传输增益大于1时,所述双向CLLC电路工作频率固定在谐振频率,调节输出侧开关管驱动信号相对输入侧开关管驱动信号滞后时间以达到升压输出。本发明使得双向CLLC电路有效实现电网与充电电池组之间双向能量传输,进一步提高车载充电机的效率与功率密度,减少电磁干扰。
