The invention discloses a three-degree-of-freedom control method of a resonant DC/DC converter based on CLLC topology, which comprises three-degree-of-freedom adjustment of bus voltage, frequency and phase shift angle and double-loop control of a voltage outer loop and a current inner loop so as to realize control and switching of three working modes of a constant voltage mode CV, a constant current mode CC and a constant power mode CP of battery charging. According to a wide-range input voltage application occasion, bus voltage regulation is introduced on the basis of frequency modulation control and phase shift control, so that the frequency modulation range and the phase shift angle can be reduced, the problem of large resonant cavity current caused by phase shift control is solved, and wide voltage gain is realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于CLLC拓扑的谐振式DC/DC变换器的三自由度控制方法,包括母线电压、频率和移相角的三自由度调节以及电压外环、电流内环双环控制,以实现电池充电的恒压模式CV、恒流模式CC和恒功率模式CP三种工作模态的控制与切换。本发明针对宽范围输入电压应用场合,在调频控制和移相控制的基础上,引入母线电压调节,能减小调频范围和移相角,从而克服移相控制造成的谐振腔电流大的问题,并实现宽电压增益。
