The invention discloses a monorail crane lifting beam device and a lifting method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of mining transportation equipment.The monorail crane lifting beam device comprises a lifting beam body, a lifting assembly, a tension sensor and an electromagnetic valve, the lifting assembly comprises a hydraulic hoist, a chain and a pulley block, the hydraulic hoist is installed on one side of the lifting beam body, and the pulley block is connected with a lifting hook; one end of the chain is connected with the hydraulic hoist, and the other end of the chain bypasses the pulley block and then is connected with the tension sensor which is connected to the other side of the hoisting beam body; the electromagnetic valve is arranged in a hydraulic loop of the hydraulic hoist, the tension sensor is electrically connected with the controller, the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve, and when the tension detected by the tension sensor exceeds a set value, the hydraulic hoist stops running. When the tension sensor detects the tension exceeding the set value, the hydraulic loop is cut off, and hoisting can be stopped in time during overload hoisting, so that the equipment can be prevented from being damaged, and the use safety is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种单轨吊起吊梁装置及其起吊方法,属于矿用运输设备技术领域,包括起吊梁本体、起吊组件、拉力传感器和电磁阀,起吊组件包括液压葫芦、链条和滑轮组,液压葫芦安装在起吊梁本体的一侧,滑轮组连接有吊钩,链条的一端连接液压葫芦,链条的另一端绕过滑轮组后连接拉力传感器,拉力传感器连接在起吊梁本体的另一侧;电磁阀设置在液压葫芦的液压回路中,拉力传感器电性连接控制器,控制器电性连接电磁阀,当拉力传感器检测到的拉力超过设定值时,液压葫芦停止运行。本发明在拉力传感器检测到超过设定值的拉力时即切断液压回路,能够在超载起吊时及时停止起吊,从而能够避免设备受损,保障使用安全。
