A telescopic lifting beam for a coal mine monorail crane locomotive belongs to the technical field of coal mine machinery, solves the technical problem of stack type support transportation and placement, and comprises a bearing beam, a bearing trolley and a telescopic arm, an upper sliding groove and a lower sliding groove are respectively arranged in the middle of the bearing beam along the height direction, and the upper sliding groove and the lower sliding groove are both provided with single-side openings. The directions of the opening ends of the upper sliding grooves and the lower sliding grooves are opposite, the telescopic arms are inserted into the corresponding upper sliding grooves or the corresponding lower sliding grooves respectively, the end portions of the free ends of the telescopic arms are provided with overturning oil cylinders in the horizontal direction, and the overturning oil cylinders drive the overturning mechanisms to rotate around the hinged positions. The telescopic oil cylinders drive the telescopic arms to stretch out or retract towards the two sides of the bearing beam along the corresponding upper sliding grooves or the corresponding lower sliding grooves. The top supporting oil cylinder drives the top supporting mechanism to rotate around the root. A unique in-frame hoisting mode of the stack type support is adopted, the telescopic stroke of the stack type support is fully utilized, and the device can adapt to the severe working environment under the mine.
