The invention provides an intelligent synchronous lifting hoisting beam for a monorail crane, which comprises a beam body, a bearing trolley and a cascade connecting piece which are arranged on the beam body, and a hoisting tool arranged below the beam body, the weighing sensor is fixedly arranged on the beam body and is used for detecting the weight of lifted goods so as to prevent overload; the stroke sensor is used for detecting the distance between a lifting appliance and the beam body so as to prevent collision; the camera is used for positioning the intelligent synchronous lifting lifting beam for the monorail crane before lifting; the double-outlet-chain hydraulic hoist is driven by a matched hydraulic motor and is connected with the lifting appliance and the weighing sensor; and the controller is used for receiving detection signals of the weighing sensor, the travel sensor and the camera, correspondingly controlling the action of the hydraulic motor and is electrically connected with a control system of the monorail crane. Through structural improvement, the technical problems that an existing similar lifting beam is prone to inclination in the lifting process of a container loaded with goods, a lifting appliance collides with a beam body, a hydraulic motor is damaged due to overload and the like can be effectively solved.

    本发明提供一种单轨吊用智能同步升降起吊梁,包括梁体,设于梁体上的承载小车和级联连接件,设于梁体下方的吊具,固定设于梁体上用于检测起吊货物重量以防止过载的称重传感器、用于检测吊具与梁体间的距离以防止碰撞的行程传感器、用于单轨吊用智能同步升降起吊梁起吊前定位的摄像仪、由配设的液压马达驱动且与吊具和称重传感器相连接的双出链液压葫芦、接收所述称重传感器、行程传感器和摄像仪的检测信号并对液压马达的动作实施相应控制且与单轨吊机车具有的控制系统电连接的控制器。本发明通过结构的改进,能有效解决现有同类起吊梁易发生的装载有货物的集装箱起吊过程中倾斜、吊具与梁体碰撞、液压马达过载损坏等技术问题。
