The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a transverse stability control device, a suspension system and an automobile. The transverse stability control device comprises a driving element, a stabilizer bar assembly, a first transmission assembly, a second transmission assembly and a control system, the driving element comprises a first driving end and a second driving end, and the stabilizer bar assembly comprises a first stabilizer bar and a second stabilizer bar. When the first stabilizer bar axially moves and the second stabilizer bar axially moves, the first stabilizer bar does not abut against the first driving end when the first stabilizer bar is arranged at the maximum stroke distance in the first transmission assembly, and the second stabilizer bar does not abut against the second driving end when the second stabilizer bar is arranged at the maximum stroke distance in the second transmission assembly. Therefore, the acting force of the first stabilizer bar moving in the axial direction is not transmitted to the first driving end, the acting force of the second stabilizer bar moving in the axial direction is not transmitted to the second driving end, and damage to a driving element caused by moving of the stabilizer bar assembly is avoided.
