To provide a suspension control device and an automobile which can suppress the downward deflection of a leaf spring with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A suspension control device 7 includes: a body part 8 which is mounted on the top of an existing leaf spring 6; and a support member 9 and a positioning member 10 which fasten a central part 15 of the body part 8 and the existing leaf spring 6. The body part 8 is a leaf spring composed of the same material as the existing leaf spring 6, is shorter than the total length of the existing leaf spring 6, and has both ends 16, 17 that come into contact with the upper surface of the existing leaf spring 6 through an adjustment member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
