The invention discloses a vehicle damping method and device, terminal equipment and a storage medium, and the vehicle damping method comprises the steps: obtaining sensor data of a road through a sensor when a vehicle runs on the road; analyzing the sensor data to obtain analysis results of the road condition and the load of the road; according to the analysis result, a corresponding control instruction is generated, and the control instruction is sent to a vehicle shock absorber so that the vehicle shock absorber can adjust shock absorption parameters according to the control instruction. By acquiring and analyzing the information of the road and the vehicle in real time, the intelligent damping system can generate the control instruction according to the actual condition, and further optimize the parameters of the vehicle damper based on the control instruction, so that the vehicle damping system can be effectively and adaptively adjusted based on the change of the road condition to adapt to different road conditions and load conditions; and the driving comfort and stability are improved.
