A positioning hole is formed in one side of the umbilical cable bearing connector, and a positioning pin assembly is mounted in the positioning hole; the rotary bearing head is rotationally connected to the bottom of the umbilical cable bearing connector; the hook assembly is detachably connected to the rotary bearing head. The hook assembly is detachably connected with an ROV hook of the ROV body. The ROV umbilical is mounted on the umbilical carrying connector. The device has the function of self-adapting to the rotation state of the umbilical cable in real time and can adapt to rotation of the ROV in the whole process of laying, recycling, sailing and working, so that the underwater rotation flexibility of the ROV is improved, the safety problems of electrical insulation reduction, optical fiber breakage and the like caused by torsion of the umbilical cable due to the fact that the umbilical cable is driven to rotate when the ROV rotates are solved, and the reliability of underwater rotation of the ROV is improved. And the efficiency and the safety of underwater operation of the ROV and the umbilical cable are improved.
本发明公开一种自适应旋转ROV脐带缆承载连接装置,包括脐带缆承载连接器、旋转承重头、挂钩组件和ROV脐带缆;脐带缆承载连接器一侧开设有定位孔,定位孔内安装有定位销组件;旋转承重头转动连接在脐带缆承载连接器的底部;挂钩组件可拆卸连接在旋转承重头上;挂钩组件与ROV本体的ROV挂钩可拆卸连接;ROV脐带缆安装在脐带缆承载连接器上。本发明具有实时自适应脐带缆旋转状态的功能,可适应ROV在布放、回收以及航行和作业的全过程中的旋转,从而提高ROV水下回转的灵活度,并减小ROV旋转时带动脐带缆旋转对脐带缆扭转引发的电气绝缘降低、光纤断裂等安全性问题,提高ROV和脐带缆水下作业的效能和安全性。
