The invention provides a novel unmanned aerial vehicle design capable of being recycled in the air. According to the scheme, the novel unmanned aerial vehicle design comprises a first butt-joint sinker bar, a rotary folding wing, a fuselage, a second butt-joint sinker bar, a first sinker bar lock catch, a second sinker bar lock catch, a foldable empennage, a wing rotating mechanism and a sinker bar lock hook. The wings and the empennage of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be conveniently folded, the occupied space is very small after folding, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be conveniently hung and stored in the belly of the unmanned aerial vehicle. When the unmanned aerial vehicle completes a task and is recycled, first and second butt-joint sinker bars on the back of the unmanned aerial vehicle extend out, and after the butt-joint sinker bars collide with a recycling rope, the recycling rope slides into a lock catch on the top of the recycling rope, the butt-joint sinker bars are folded into a groove in the back of a vehicle body, and the butt-joint sinker bars are locked by the first and second sinker bar lock catches on the back of the unmanned aerial vehicle to form a front-back lifting point structure; meanwhile, wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle are actively folded below the fuselage, the foldable empennage controls the attitude and course of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is reliably recovered to the position below the mother aircraft and is stably recovered in cooperation with a recovery rope for hanging the unmanned aerial vehicle.
