The invention discloses an integrated pedal simulator for an electro-hydraulic brake system. The integrated pedal simulator comprises a shell, a pedal push rod, a first piston, a second piston, a plug, a main cylinder ejector rod, a main cylinder ejector rod return spring, a simulator spring and a pedal push rod return spring. The integrated arrangement mode of the electro-hydraulic brake system transmission mechanism and the pedal simulator is adopted, electro-hydraulic brake system components are ingeniously designed, the brake fluid oil way is opened and closed through relative movement of the components of the brake system, and the reasonable pedal damping feeling is generated in combination with the simulator spring. Compared with a traditional brake pedal simulator structure, an electromagnetic valve is replaced with the exquisite oil way design, and the brake pedal simulator has the advantages of being small in size, exquisite in structure, low in cost, easy to control, convenient to install and maintain and the like.
本发明公开了一种用于电液制动系统的集成式踏板模拟器,包括壳体、踏板推杆、第一活塞、第二活塞、堵头、主缸顶杆、主缸顶杆回位弹簧、模拟器弹簧和踏板推杆回位弹簧。本发明采用电液制动系统传动机构与踏板模拟器一体式布置方式,精巧地对电液制动系统部件进行设计、利用制动系统各部件相对运动实现制动液油路开断,结合模拟器弹簧产生合理的踏板阻尼感。相比于传统制动踏板模拟器结构,通过精巧油路设计取代电磁阀,具有体积小、结构精巧、成本低、控制简单、便于安装维护等优点。
