The electric slow moving braking assembly comprises an electric braking plate, a reset piece and a detector, the electric braking plate is pivoted with the hydraulic braking plate or the supporting seat through a second pivoting shaft, the first pivoting shaft and the second pivoting shaft extend in the first direction, the electric braking plate is not subjected to external force, and the reset piece enables the electric braking plate and the hydraulic braking plate to form an included angle and drives the electric braking plate to swing. The electric brake plate abuts against the hydraulic brake plate and drives the hydraulic brake plate to swing, the detector detects the swing angle of the electric brake plate, the pedal achieves electric slow moving and hydraulic braking on one pedal, and the labor intensity of an operator is reduced; and the service life of the braking system is prolonged.
