The invention provides a superconducting high-speed maglev positioning and speed measuring device and method. The device comprises four groups of antenna units, a power supply unit, a first signal processing unit, a second signal processing unit and a third signal processing unit which are arranged on a maglev train, each group of antenna units comprises a transmitting antenna and two receiving antennas; each transmitting antenna is used for generating a high-frequency electromagnetic field, the suspension coil corresponding to each transmitting antenna generates induced electromotive force under the relative motion of the suspension coil and the transmitting antenna, and each receiving antenna generates induced electromotive force under the relative motion of the receiving antenna and the suspension coil; the first signal processing unit is used for acquiring a first voltage signal, and the second signal processing unit is used for acquiring a second voltage signal; the third signal processing unit is used for obtaining the position and speed of the maglev train according to the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal. According to the invention, the technical problems of high ground positioning speed measurement cost and low vehicle-mounted positioning speed measurement precision in the prior art can be solved.
