According to the method, through combination of the block chain technology and the SHA-256 algorithm, the security and tampering resistance of the traffic data are improved, the authenticity and reliability of the data are ensured, the graph neural network effectively improves the capability of analyzing the complex relationship of the urban traffic network, the traffic flow dynamic state is accurately captured, time sequence analysis is performed, and the traffic flow dynamic state is accurately captured. The prediction accuracy of the traffic flow change trend is enhanced, the application of the network theory and the chaos theory provides multi-dimensional decision support for traffic management, and the use of the gradient boosting decision tree model enhances the traffic accident risk assessment capability.
