The invention discloses an urban road traffic flow state prediction method and system based on big data, and relates to the technical field of traffic prediction, and the method comprises the steps: designing a multi-modal fusion deep neural network based on an attention mechanism, inputting real-time traffic flow data and data affecting the traffic flow, and outputting processed traffic data; constructing an urban traffic knowledge graph, mapping heterogeneous data to a unified semantic model, and storing semantic traffic big data by applying a graph database technology; aiming at a common road section and a special scene, respectively constructing two types of traffic flow prediction models based on deep learning and rules, and respectively outputting flow prediction results; and connecting a flow prediction result with an intelligent traffic scheduling control system to assist traffic control decision making. According to the invention, powerful data support is provided for an urban traffic management department, the traffic operation efficiency is improved, the traffic jam is relieved, and the traffic safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于大数据的城市道路交通流量状态预测方法及系统,涉及交通预测技术领域,包括设计基于注意力机制的多模态融合深度神经网络,输入实时交通流量数据和影响交通流量的数据,输出处理后的交通数据;构建城市交通知识图谱,将异构数据映射至统一的语义模型,并应用图数据库技术存储语义化的交通大数据;针对普通路段和特殊场景,分别构建基于深度学习和基于规则的两类交通流量预测模型,并分别输出流量预测结果;将流量预测结果对接智能交通调度控制系统,辅助交通管制决策。本发明为城市交通管理部门提供了强有力的数据支持,有助于提高交通运行效率、缓解交通拥堵、改善交通安全。
