The invention discloses a front and rear braking force distribution method based on an electronic mechanical braking system, and relates to the field of vehicle braking. Comprising the following steps that each wheel of a vehicle is provided with a set of independent brakes; the vehicle intention is analyzed, and the required total braking force F is obtained; front wheel braking force F1 and rear wheel braking force F2 are calculated according to the vehicle parameters, the ground gradient and the total braking force F; and the brakes of the front wheels and the brakes of the rear wheels are respectively controlled by combining the input and conveying relationship of the brakes, so that the braking action is realized. Reasonable distribution of the braking force can be realized according to actual vertical pressure between the front and rear wheels and the ground by acquiring the required total braking force and combining the data of the vehicle parameters, the ground angle and the tire width of the front and rear wheels of the vehicle, so that the front and rear wheels are more difficult to reach the ground gripping limit, the braking effect is improved, and the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. And the braking distance is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子机械制动系统的前后制动力分配方法,涉及车辆制动领域;包括以下步骤:将车辆的每个轮子设置一组独立的制动器;分析车辆意图,获取所需总制动力F;根据车辆参数、地面坡度以及总制动力F计算前轮制动力F1和后轮制动力F2;再结合制动器的输入和输送关系,分别对前轮的制动器和后轮的制动器控制,实现制动动作。本发明通过对所需总制动力的获取,然后结合车辆参数、地面角度以及车辆前后轮车胎胎宽的数据,从而能使得根据实际前后轮与地面的垂直压力来实现制动力的合理分配,从而使得前后轮更难达到抓地极限,增加了制动效果,降低了制动距离。
