The invention provides an electric automobile electro-hydraulic composite braking system based on hub motor driving and a front and rear axle braking force distribution method. The electric automobile electro-hydraulic composite braking system comprises a hydraulic friction braking module, a motor regenerative braking module, an energy management module and a whole automobile control module. The hydraulic friction braking module comprises a whole automobile control unit, a drive-by-wire hydraulic braking force distribution control unit, an electromagnetic valve and the like; the motor regenerative braking module comprises a hub motor, a motor controller and a rotating speed sensor; and the energy management module comprises a battery management system and a power battery. In the braking process of the automobile, a sensor detects the required braking strength of the automobile and the state information of the automobile, and the whole automobile control unit distributes the electro-hydraulic composite braking force through the hydraulic friction braking module and the motor regenerative braking module. Meanwhile, the invention provides an electro-hydraulic composite braking front and rear axle braking force distribution method, safety areas of front and rear axle braking force distribution beta' and beta'' lines are given, the tendency that rear wheels of the automobile are locked first is reduced, and the braking safety of the automobile is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于轮毂电机驱动的电动汽车电液复合制动系统及前后轴制动力分配方法,包含液压摩擦制动模块、电机再生制动模块、能源管理模块以及整车控制模块。液压摩擦制动模块包括整车控制单元、线控液压制动力分配控制单元、电磁阀等;电机再生制动模块包含轮毂电机、电机控制器、转速传感器;能源管理模块包含电池管理系统、动力电池。在汽车制动过程中,传感器检测汽车需求制动强度及车辆状态信息,整车控制单元通过液压摩擦制动模块和电机再生制动模块对电液复合制动力进行分配。同时提供了一种电液复合制动前后轴制动力分配方法,给出了前后轴制动力分配β′线和β″线的安全区域,减少了汽车后轮先抱死的趋势,提高了汽车制动安全性。
