The invention relates to a braking force redundancy control system and method for electronic mechanical braking. The problems that in the prior art, braking force of an electronic mechanical braking system is difficult to achieve redundant braking continuous feeding and stopping, and the braking stability and comfort are difficult to maintain while the braking effect is ensured in the braking process are solved. The braking device comprises a braking force execution module, the braking force execution module is connected with an electric brake disc arranged on a wheel body and provides braking force, the braking force execution module is connected with a braking force controller, the braking force controller is connected with a motor control unit, and the motor control unit is connected with a rotating shaft stopping motor used for controlling stopping of a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft stopping motor is connected with a rotating shaft gear motor which is connected with a braking force controller through a main control module. The method has the advantages that the operation logic is simple, the braking force is carried out in a layer-by-layer progressive mode, the stability of the vehicle is ensured, and the braking comfort and the braking efficiency of the vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种电子机械制动的制动力冗余控制系统及控制方法。它解决了现有技术中电子机械制动系统制动力难以实现冗余制动持续给进止动,在刹车的过程中难以在确保制动效果的同时保持制动的平稳性和舒适性的问题。它包括制动力执行模块,制动力执行模块与设置在轮体上的电动刹车盘连接并提供制动力,制动力执行模块连接制动力控制器,且制动力控制器连接电机控制单元,电机控制单元连接有用于控制转轴止动的转轴止动电机,且转轴止动电机连接转轴减速电机,转轴减速电机通过主控模块连接制动力控制器。本发明的优点在于:操作逻辑简单,制动力采用逐层递进的方式进行,确保车辆的平稳性,提高制动舒适性和车辆制动效率。
