The invention provides a torque compensation method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle driving process, first driving data of the vehicle are obtained; according to the first driving data of the vehicle, determining the road section type of the current road section of the vehicle; if the road section type is a bumpy road section, determining compensation torque according to rotation speed fluctuation of a motor; adjusting the original output torque of the motor according to the compensation torque; and controlling the motor to output the adjusted output torque. The output torque of the motor is compensated, so that the gear pair is always in a meshed tooth-sticking state under the action of the torque, the movement of the whole vehicle is slowed down, and the driving experience of a user is optimized.
