The invention discloses a water cooling system of a ship propulsion system, which is based on a ship provided with an external cooling water system, is provided with two water cooling pipelines and can perform two-way on-off switching through two electric three-way valves, and the two water cooling pipelines are provided with flow sensors; the invention further discloses a control method of the system, when a single path is blocked, the alarm control panel gives an alarm, automatic water path switching is carried out, and the purpose of uninterrupted switching of the cooling water path in the ship operation process is achieved. The alarm control panel is used for monitoring the flow state and controlling the three-way valve, switching of the two water cooling loops is achieved, it is guaranteed that when a cooling water channel is blocked in the operation process of a ship, switching to a standby loop is rapidly achieved, switching without water interruption is achieved, and meanwhile sailors can be reminded to clean the filter.

    本发明公开了一种船舶推进系统的水冷系统,基于配置有外冷却水系统的船舶,配置有两路水冷管路,并可通过两个电动三通阀进行两路通断切换,双路水冷管路均配置有流量传感器;还公开了其控制方法,在发生单路堵塞时,由报警控制板发出报警,并进行自动水路切换,达到船舶运行过程中冷却水路不间断切换的目的。本发明利用报警控制板对流量状态的监测和三通阀的控制,实现对双路水冷回路的切换,保证船舶运行过程中发生冷却水路堵塞时,迅速切换至备用回路,实现不断水切换,同时可提醒船员对滤器进行清理。
