The control part 6 has an estimation part to estimate an estimation value of the propulsion output of the controllable pitch propeller 4 based on the rotating speed and the blade angle, and an operation control part to control the rotating speed and the blade angle so that the estimation value keeps constant during changing the blade angle when changing the blade angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
