The invention discloses a training method of a traffic accident prediction model, and a traffic accident prediction method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first historical traffic data set and a second historical traffic data set; extracting a plurality of traffic features of each traffic accident from the first historical traffic data set to form a training sample set, and extracting a plurality of traffic features of traffic safety data from the second historical traffic data set to form an accident-free feature set; in the process of training the prediction model based on the training sample set, carrying out weighted calculation on the plurality of traffic characteristics of each traffic accident to obtain a prediction result of each traffic accident; and when the model determined based on the prediction result and the truth value does not meet the convergence condition, adjusting the weighted value of the weighted calculation by calculating the difference between the plurality of traffic characteristics of each traffic accident and the corresponding traffic characteristics in the accident-free characteristic set until the model determined based on the prediction result and the truth value of the plurality of traffic accidents meets the convergence condition. And a final required prediction model is obtained.

    本申请公开一种交通事故预测模型的训练方法、交通事故预测方法及装置,该方法包括:获取包括第一历史交通数据集和第二历史交通数据集;从第一历史交通数据集中提取每个交通事故的多个交通特征构成训练样本集,从第二历史交通数据集中提取交通安全数据的多个交通特征构成无事故特征集;在基于训练样本集训练预测模型的过程中,针对每个交通事故的多个交通特征进行加权计算,获得每个交通事故的预测结果;当基于预测结果和真值确定模型不满足收敛条件时,通过计算每个交通事故的多个交通特征与无事故特征集中对应交通特征之间的差异,调整加权计算的权重值,直至基于多个交通事故的预测结果和真值确定模型满足收敛条件时,获得最终所需的预测模型。
