The invention relates to an accident traffic volume prediction method and system considering traffic accident classification, and the method comprises the steps: building a historical traffic accident feature table and a classified traffic volume data set based on the accident classification of traffic accident duration; constructing a traffic accident classification model by adopting a random forest method based on the historical traffic accident feature table; and establishing a traffic volume prediction model under the traffic accident in a classified manner, inputting the classified traffic volume data set into the traffic volume prediction model under the traffic accident for training and testing, and predicting the target traffic volume time sequence data to obtain a target traffic volume prediction result under the accident considering the traffic accident classification. In consideration of different influence levels of traffic accidents on traffic, the accidents are divided into several different categories based on the duration of the traffic accidents, and traffic volume prediction models are established respectively, so that the accidents are predicted by using the prediction models of the corresponding categories after being classified according to the influence characteristics of the accidents. Therefore, the influence of traffic accident heterogeneity on traffic volume prediction is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种考虑交通事故分类的事故下交通量预测方法及系统,其方法包括基于交通事故持续时间的事故分类,建立历史交通事故特征表和分类的交通量数据集;基于历史交通事故特征表采用随机森林方法构建交通事故归类模型;分类建立交通事故下交通量预测模型,并将归类的交通量数据集输入交通事故下交通量预测模型进行训练和测试,再对目标交通量时间序列数据进行预测,得到考虑交通事故分类的事故下目标交通量预测结果。考虑交通事故对交通的影响等级不同,基于交通事故持续时间将事故划分为几个不同的类别分别建立交通量预测模型,实现将事故按照其影响特征进行归类后使用对应类别的预测模型进行预测,以削减交通事故异质性对交通量预测的影响。
