The prediction effect of the method is better than that of a BP neural network, an SVR model and other models, the overall effect of the model is good, and the method has important practical significance for improving the road traffic management level.
本发明公开了一种道路交通事故预测方法,包括:获取以起为单位的道路交通事故数据和以月为单位的天气数据;基于分布式Hadoop大数据平台对以起为单位的道路交通事故数据进行清洗和预处理,获取以月为单位的交通事故数据;基于以月为单位的交通事故数据和和以月为单位的天气数据对基于Attention机制的LSTM道路交通事故预测模型或基于Attention机制的改进LSTM道路交通事故预测模型进行训练,得到用于预测未来的道路交通事故的第一道路交通事故预测模型或第二道路交通事故预测模型。本发明的的预测效果均优于BP神经网络、SVR模型等模型,模型整体效果比较好,对提高道路交通管理水平具有重要的现实意义。
