According to the laser radar system and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided by the invention, effective damping can be realized, the stability of the laser radar system is ensured, the radar detection and positioning precision is improved, and stable positioning and navigation information is provided for a carrier, such as the unmanned aerial vehicle, to which the laser radar system and the unmanned aerial vehicle are applied.
