The on-orbit zero-gravity unloading and unfolding tool comprises an unloading truss, an adapter plate, a supporting arm structure and a plurality of adjusting supports. The unloading device has the beneficial effects that the lead screw at the upper end of the adjusting support is fully utilized, horizontal deflection and vertical deflection of the unloading truss can be guaranteed, and the unloading truss in the structure can be matched to unload mechanical movable antennas with different weights and different unfolding angles. And meanwhile, the universal wheels at the lower end of the adjusting support can be transferred according to the condition of an unloading site, the T-shaped screw sleeve is arranged on the adjusting support in a penetrating mode, replacement after threads are damaged is facilitated, overall replacement of the adjusting support is avoided, and only the T-shaped screw sleeve needs to be locally replaced. When the mechanical movable antenna is unloaded and unfolded, personal errors in the conventional balloon unloading process can be eliminated to the greatest extent, the matching precision can be improved, the operation is simple and convenient, the clamping is quick, the positioning is reliable, the stability is strong, the safety coefficient is high, and the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供了一种模拟天线在轨零重力卸载展开工装,包括卸载桁架、转接板、支撑臂结构和多个调整支座。本发明有益效果:本发明充分利用调整支座上端的丝杠,可以保证卸载桁架的水平偏斜和垂直偏斜,配合本结构中的卸载桁架可以满足不同重量、不同展开角度的机械可动天线卸载。同时调整支座下端的万向轮可以根据卸载场地的情况,进行转移,调整支座上穿有T型螺套管,方便螺纹损伤后的更换,避免整体更换调整支座,仅需局部更换T型螺套管即可。可以让机械可动天线卸载展开时最大程度消除以往气球卸载过程中人为误差,可以提高配精度高、操作简便、快速装卡、定位可靠、稳定性强、安全系数高、大大降低操作者的劳动强度。
