The invention provides an astronaut on-orbit maintenance ground zero-gravity simulation device which comprises a truss supporting system, a maintenance tool zero-gravity supporting system, an astronaut zero-gravity supporting system, an astronaut foot limiting supporting system, a space station cabin simulator and a six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm. The output end of the six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm is connected to the space station cabin simulator, and the six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm is used for simulating different maintenance postures when a space station is in orbit. The beneficial effect of the invention is that the working state of the space station peripheral equipment maintained by the astronaut under different pose states of the space station is truly simulated on the ground. The method is of great significance to training space maintenance work of astronauts. And the device is the first device which can simulate the astronaut to maintain the space station under different pose working conditions in a zero gravity state on the ground at home and abroad.

    本发明提供了一种宇航员在轨维修地面零重力模拟装置,包括桁架支撑系统,维修工具零重力支撑系统,宇航服零重力支撑系统,宇航员脚限位支撑系统,空间站舱体模拟器和六自由度机械臂,且所述六自由度机械臂的输出端连接至所述空间站舱体模拟器,所述六自由度机械臂用于模拟空间站在轨时不同的维修姿态。本发明有益效果:在地面上真实模拟了在空间站不同位姿状态下,宇航员维修空间站外围设备的工作状态。对训练宇航员太空维修作业具有重要意义。并且本发明为国内外首台在地面上可以模拟零重力状态下宇航员对空间站不同位姿工况进行维修的设备。
