The invention discloses a ground simulation zero-gravity test system suitable for unfolding an ultra-long light structure. The ground simulation zero-gravity test system comprises an X-direction follow-up execution mechanism, a Y-direction follow-up execution mechanism, a follow-up platform, a detection and control device, a gas-magnetic hybrid bearing, a suspension rope, a high-stability supporting frame and a light unfolding mechanism, wherein the high-stability supporting frame serves as a supporting body and is connected with the Y-direction follow-up execution mechanism. The lower part ofthe X-direction follow-up execution mechanism is connected with the Y-direction follow-up execution mechanism; the follow-up platform and the detection and control device are installed in the middleof the X-direction follow-up execution mechanism; the gas-magnetic hybrid bearing is attached to the follow-up platform through magnetic force; the lower end of the suspension rope is connected with the light unfolding mechanism; and the upper end of the suspension rope is connected with the gas-magnetic hybrid bearing. The unfolding characteristic requirements of large-range movement and low-friction follow-up of a light mechanism are met.

    本发明公开了一种适用于超长轻质结构展开的地面模拟零重力试验系统,包括:X向随动执行机构、Y向随动执行机构、随动平台、检控装置、气磁混合轴承、悬吊绳、高稳支撑架和轻质展开机构;其中,所述高稳支撑架作为支撑主体与Y向随动执行机构连接,所述X向随动执行机构的下部与Y向随动执行机构连接,所述X向随动执行机构的中部安装随动平台及检控装置,气磁混合轴承通过磁力与随动平台贴合,所述悬吊绳的下端与所述轻质展开机构连接,所述悬吊绳的上端与气磁混合轴承连接。本发明解决了轻质机构大范围运动、低摩擦随动的展开特性需求。
