The invention discloses a radiant heat regulation and control thermal protection structure and thermal protection system of a high-speed aircraft, and relates to the technical field of thermal protection of high-speed aircrafts. The device comprises a cold bearing, a heat insulation layer is arranged on the outer side of the cold bearing, the heat insulation layer is of a nano-porous structure, a bearing layer is arranged on the outer side of the heat insulation layer, a reflection layer is arranged on the outer side of the bearing layer and is of a photonic crystal structure, and a protection layer is arranged on the outer side of the reflection layer. The protective layer is an impact resistant coating having a high emissivity component. Effective regulation and control of the thermal radiation load of the high-speed aircraft are realized by utilizing the band gap structure of the photonic crystal, and the reflectivity of the structure is improved. Compared with a traditional thermal protection structure, the thermal protection structure has the advantages that external radiant heat can be effectively regulated and controlled, heat entering the thermal protection structure is reduced, and the heat protection and heat insulation capacity of the thermal protection system of the aircraft is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高速飞行器的辐射热调控热防护结构及热防护系统,涉及高速飞行器热防护技术领域;本发明包括冷承载,所述冷承载的外侧设置有隔热层,所述隔热层为纳米多孔结构,所述隔热层的外侧设置有承载层,所述承载层的外侧设置有反射层,所述反射层为光子晶体结构,且反射层的外侧设置有保护层,所述保护层为具有高发射率组分的抗冲击涂层。本发明利用光子晶体的带隙结构实现高速飞行器热辐射载荷的有效调控,提高了结构的反射率。相较于传统热防护结构,本发明可以有效调控外部的辐射热,降低进入热防护结构内部的热量,提高了飞行器热防护系统的防热和隔热能力。
