The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal protection of high-speed aircrafts, and particularly relates to a thermal protection and heat-work conversion system of a high-speed aircraft. Comprising a thermal protection layer, a turbine generator and a spray pipe, the thermal protection layer comprises a cooling working medium storage layer and a catalytic decomposition reaction heat absorption layer which are arranged inside and outside, the cooling working medium storage layer is connected with the inlet end of the catalytic decomposition heat absorption layer, and the outlet end of the catalytic decomposition heat absorption layer is connected with the turbine generator and the spray pipe; a cooling working medium exchanges heat with the aircraft, is subjected to an endothermic decomposition reaction, then enters the catalytic decomposition heat absorption layer and is subjected to an endothermic chemical reaction in the catalytic decomposition heat absorption layer, and generated high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the turbine generator and the spray pipe for power generation and acting respectively, so that conversion of heat and work is realized. The weight of the thermal protection layer is gradually reduced, meanwhile, gas generated through decomposition is used for other purposes, and multi-stage utilization of pneumatic waste heat and a cooling working medium is achieved.

    本发明属于高速飞行器热防护技术领域,具体涉及一种高速飞行器热防护和热功转换系统。包括热防护层、涡轮发电机和喷管,其中热防护层包括设置于内外设置的冷却工质储层和催化分解反应吸热层,冷却工质储层与催化分解吸热层的入口端连接,催化分解吸热层的出口端分别与涡轮发电机和喷管连接;冷却工质与飞行器换热并发生吸热分解反应后进入催化分解吸热层,在催化分解吸热层内发生吸热化学反应,产生的高温高压气体进入涡轮发电机和喷管内分别进行发电和做功,实现热和功的转换。本发明逐渐降低热防护层的重量,同时利用分解产生气体服务于其它用途,实现了气动废热和冷却工质的多级利用。
