The invention discloses a vehicle charging control method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the steps that based on the fact that a charging gun of a vehicle is inserted into a charging pile and the charging gun and the charging pile are in a connected state, the first locking state of a vehicle door is obtained, and the first locking state comprises vehicle door locking or vehicle door unlocking when the charging gun and the charging pile are in the connected state; on the basis that the first locking state of the vehicle door is vehicle door locking, the first charging state of the vehicle is obtained, and the first charging state comprises that a charging gun and a charging pile are in a connected state and the vehicle is charged or not charged when the vehicle door is locked; and the vehicle is charged based on the first charging state, and a charging gun of the vehicle is controlled to be locked. The locking condition of the charging gun is controlled through the first locking state of the vehicle door and the first charging state of the vehicle, so that the locking condition of the charging gun adapts to the state of the vehicle, and the safety of the vehicle gun inserting charging process is guaranteed.
