The invention relates to a vehicle charging control method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method specifically comprises the steps of obtaining a proportional relation between predicted charging cost and predicted charging time and a target charging electric quantity which can be set by a user according to requirements, and then determining specific numerical values of the predicted charging cost and the predicted charging time in the proportional relation, and according to the target charging electric quantity, the predicted charging cost and the predicted charging time, an actual control sequence for carrying out actual charging control on the vehicle is determined, and the actual control sequence is used for controlling related components in the vehicle when the vehicle is charged. According to the method provided by the invention, the vehicle can be controlled to be charged according to the user demand and the actual condition of the vehicle, and the intelligent degree of vehicle charging control is improved.
