The connecting disc is used for being connected with an upper hanging device in a locking mode. The locking rod is arranged at the bottom of the connecting disc; the hanging main body comprises a locking part and a connecting part; the locking part is arranged on the locking rod; the connecting part is fixedly connected with one end of the locking part and is used for hanging a safety rope; the clamping block is rotatably mounted at one end, far away from the connecting part, of the locking part; and the power assembly is arranged on the locking part, is connected with the clamping block and is used for driving the clamping block to rotate so as to limit the iron tower cross arm between the clamping block and the hanging main body. According to the electric locking tower climbing anti-falling device provided by the invention, the hanging stability between the anti-falling device and an iron tower cross arm can be improved, the hanging point is firm, and the anti-falling device is not easy to move.
