And the groove bottom width of the protection groove is greater than the groove opening width. The method can effectively prevent the groove bottom of the protection groove from cracking, and greatly prolongs the service life of the tire.

    本发明涉及一种能防止防护沟沟底开裂的轮胎结构,包括胎冠以及位于胎冠两侧的胎肩,在胎冠的外表面开设有至少两条沿着胎冠的周向设置的胎冠沟,在胎冠内部设有带束层,在最宽带束层两侧的胎冠上开设有沿着胎冠的周向设置的防护沟,在防护沟位置的胎冠的外表面形成台阶;防护沟在胎冠的周向上呈连续的S形或者连续的Z形,在防护沟的纵向截面上,防护沟的外侧沟壁形状与内侧沟壁形状为连续的S形或者连续的Z形,防护沟的外侧沟壁与内侧沟壁在胎冠的周向上和径向上相互咬合,且防护沟的沟底宽度大于沟槽口宽度。本发明能有效地防止防护沟沟底开裂,大大提高了轮胎的使用寿命。
