The invention relates to the technical field of automobile tires, in particular to a tire pattern groove design method and a tire pattern groove structure.The coefficient lambda is adopted for judgment, and lambda is the ratio of the horizontal length alpha of an arc line on the side, close to the center of a tire crown, of a tire half-section pattern groove to the horizontal length beta of a pattern block arc line; lambda is introduced to take a pattern groove arc length parameter as a design standard of the arc length in a pattern groove structure, and a parameter reference is provided, so that the problems that in the prior art, no design method for the arc length of pattern groove design exists, judgment mainly depends on experiences of engineers in actual design operation, the damaged position of a pattern groove is difficult to predict, and the like are solved. Therefore, the technical problem of better design effect is solved, the design method of the pattern groove structure is optimized, the most easily damaged position of the tread pattern groove is predicted, reference is provided for the durability design of the tire, and the groove bottom crack is effectively prevented during design.

    本发明涉及汽车轮胎的技术领域,尤其涉及一种轮胎花纹沟设计方法及轮胎花纹沟结构,采用系数λ进行判断,λ为轮胎半断面花纹沟近胎冠中心一侧的弧线水平长度α和花纹块弧线的水平长度β的比值,通过引入λ来对花纹沟弧长参数作为花纹沟结构中弧长的设计标准,并提供参数参考,解决现有技术中花纹沟设计没有对于其弧长的设计方法,在实际设计操作中主要靠工程师经验判断,难以预测花纹沟损坏位置,从而实现较好的设计效果的技术问题,优化了花纹沟结构的设计方法,预测胎面花纹沟最容易损坏的位置,为轮胎耐久性能设计提供了参考,在设计时有效预防沟底裂。
