The invention discloses an energy-absorbing anti-creeping device for a high-speed train. The energy-absorbing anti-creeping device comprises anti-creeping teeth, a compression pipe, a contracted pipe disc, a shearing ring, a first fastener and a second fastener, one end of the compression pipe is connected with the anti-creeping teeth, the other end of the compression pipe penetrates through the pipe shrinking disc to be connected with the shearing ring, the first fastener is used for fixedly connecting the pipe shrinking disc with the shearing ring, and the second fastener is used for fixedly connecting the compression pipe with the shearing ring; the contracted pipe disc is detachably connected with a train body so that the energy-absorbing anti-climbing device can be installed at the front end of the train, and energy generated when the train collides is consumed through mutual friction between the compression pipe and the contracted pipe disc and plastic deformation of the compression pipe. The anti-creeper device has the advantages of being compact in structure, easy to install, high in energy absorption density, light in weight and the like, plays an important role in improving the driving safety of a high-speed train, optimizing the energy absorption capacity of the anti-creeper device and reducing the use cost, and can be well suitable for a high-speed motor train unit with a small installation space.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速列车的吸能防爬装置,包括:防爬齿、压缩管、缩管盘、剪切环、第一紧固件和第二紧固件;所述压缩管的一端与防爬齿连接,压缩管的另一端穿过缩管盘与剪切环连接,所述第一紧固件用于实现缩管盘与剪切环连接固定,所述第二紧固件用于实现压缩管与剪切环连接固定;所述缩管盘与车体可拆卸连接,以实现吸能防爬装置安装在列车前端,通过压缩管与缩管盘之间的相互摩擦以及压缩管自身的塑性变形来消耗列车碰撞时产生的能量。本发明具有结构紧凑、安装简单、吸能能量密度高且重量轻等优点,对于提高高速列车行驶安全、优化防爬器吸能能力、减少使用成本具有重要作用,可以很好地适用于小安装空间的高速动车组。
